Scrum Points is provided for team estimation and collaboration purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content. The App is intended for general audiences.

The App does not require you to create an account. You participate in sessions using a temporary display name and a randomly generated anonymous identifier stored on your device. Session data is automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity.

The App, its design, and its source code are the intellectual property of Matthew Hall. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

The App uses Firebase (Google) for real-time data sync and Google AdMob for advertising. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
